As an entrepreneur with a financial services career spanning more than 25 years, I launched Crescent Pine Family Office Group in 2022 to capitalize on my vast global work experience, unique family expertise, and to fulfill my professional passion: to provide distinctive wealth management services to successful families and business owners.

I work with a select group of like-minded entrepreneurs, owner-operators of family businesses, and ultra high net worth individuals who share a common appreciation for the most valuable asset in their lives: ”Their Time.”

By offering a highly personalized, fully responsive and comprehensive set of private banking services, we are able to give back time to our families, so that they can focus on spending their time to pursuit of their personal goals and aspirations.

Prior to launching my own firm, I served as a Managing Director and Senior Advisor at Fieldpoint Private Bank & Trust, in Greenwich, Connecticut, where I ran a private multi-family office practice. I had joined Fieldpoint in 2014, following a successful 20-year career in capital markets, which allowed me to bring valuable knowledge and skills to help my clients with investment and risk management, as well as all aspects of capital investing.

I earned a bachelor’s degree in economics at Boston College. Today I hold the Series 7, 55, 63, 65 and NMLS licenses.

As Director of Transitions, Lili plays an integral role with all of our breakaway advisors as they prepare for their transition from a wirehouse to launching their new business as an independent advisor. She has over 20 years’ experience in a wirehouse in a variety of roles, including Client Associate, Financial Advisor, and Wealth Management Leadership. In these capacities, she has partnered with many top-performing advisors and support staff, and therefore, she understands both the coaching needs of these teams as well as the expectations of their high net worth clientele. Lili’s experience, coupled with her time in the independent space where she works closely with custodians, critical technology partners and all departments of Sanctuary, gives her the unique ability to translate and transition an advisor’s practice to an independent wealth management business.
With responsibility for the East Coast, Paul’s primary focus is the professional support of Sanctuary’s partner firms, as well as attracting new advisors to the network. As a devout advocate for financial advisor independence, he also represents our firm in the New York City tri-state market, helping veteran advisors and their teams identify a “new beginning” through the autonomy of building their own firm to best care for the unique needs of their clients. Prior to Sanctuary Wealth, Paul worked at Merrill Lynch for 34 years. He was the managing director and market executive of Merrill’s flagship office, SD Financial, headquartered in Manhattan and also managed Merrill’s Brooklyn and Staten Island offices. In addition, Paul was responsible for the wealth management in twenty-five banking centers of Bank of America, Merrill’s parent company.

Paul strongly values professionalism, work ethic and integrity. The "Financial Advisor Model" is vital to present-day Americans. Aging individuals and couples, under-funded pension plans, uncertain economic times and a volatile stock market are just a few of the reasons sage financial advice is critical to the achievement of one's goals. He is 100% committed to financial advisors who champion holistic financial planning, time-tested investment methodology, performance metrics and, ultimately, the achievement of client outcomes.
